Review Policy

1. Only customers with a WhatsApp verified mobile number can post a review.

2. One mobile number can post only one review per business, and only one new review per day.

3. Business owners cannot review their own business.

4. Paid or fake reviews are not allowed. Businesses cannot buy, edit or delete reviews. A paid plan never changes ratings or review order.

5. New reviews are checked for 24 hours before they go live.

6. We remove reviews that contain abusive language, personal information, hate speech, spam, links, or content that is clearly not based on a genuine experience.

7. Anyone can report a review. Businesses can reply to reviews or raise a dispute. Our team decides as per this policy.

This policy is aligned with the principles of BIS standard IS 19000:2022 on online consumer reviews.
